Key programs implemented by the Schools Division of General Santos City
The Alternative Learning System provides out-of-school youth and adults with functional literacy skills and basic education equivalency, fostering second-chance learning opportunities.
The SHS program offers diverse tracks — Academic, Technical-Vocational-Livelihood, Sports, and Arts & Design — equipping graduates with skills for work, entrepreneurship, and higher education.
Special Education caters to learners with special needs, providing inclusive, differentiated instruction that ensures equal access to quality basic education for every child.
The Arabic Language and Islamic Values Education program integrates Islamic values into the basic education curriculum, promoting cultural identity and academic excellence among Muslim learners.
Indigenous Peoples Education delivers culturally responsive curriculum anchored on the indigenous knowledge, practices, and identities of IP communities within General Santos City.
The Learning Resource Management and Development System ensures equitable access to quality learning resources, including interactive e-books and self-learning modules for all grade levels.
