Collaboration at work!

The DepEd Division of General Santos City generated a total of Php 26.9 M worth of resources during the conduct of Brigada Eskwela 2019.

The Local Government of General Santos City donated Php 10 M worth of construction materials and resources being distributed to all schools within the city while a total of Php 16.9 M worth of resources was generated from the different stakeholders of public elementary and secondary schools.

The amount of resources generated include all donations-in-kind and equivalent amount of materials used for the scope of work accomplished during the Brigada Eskwela week and the equivalent amount of volunteer man-hour. It also includes all resources accepted after the steering and working committees were formed and commence to execute their functions as early as January 2019.

Meanwhile, a total of 65, 176 volunteers poured in every school within the 15 districts of the Division to participate and contribute their time, effort, and resources to prepare the school for the opening of the school year.
