Empowering ADM Learners: DepEd Gensan Acquires Tablets from Regional Office
As part of its commitment to enhancing digital learning accessibility, Deped GenSan through the initiative of Deped Regional Office, conducted a ceremonial turnover of tablets for Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) in schools held at the SDS Conference Room. This initiative aims to equip learners enrolled in ADM programs, particularly those under the Open High School Program (OHSP), with essential digital learning resources to support their flexible education pathways.
Dr. Gregorio O. Ruales, Education Program Supervisor for ADM, presented an overview of the turnover ceremony, highlighting its significance in expanding flexible learning options and reinforcing DepEd Gensan’s commitment to digital transformation in education.
To maximize the impact of these digital resources, an orientation on Personalized Learning Approaches (PLA) was conducted by Sir Jumar M. Montero, Master Teacher I of GSCNHS. The session focused on integrating technology into flexible learning systems, ensuring that educators are well-equipped to address the diverse needs of ADM learners.
In his keynote message, SDS Isagani S. Dela Cruz, CESO V, emphasized the crucial role of digital tools in supporting learners who require alternative education pathways. He also reaffirmed DepEd’s dedication to inclusive education, ensuring that all learners receive quality learning experiences regardless of their circumstances.
With this initiative, DepEd Gensan continues to champion innovative and inclusive education, bridging learning gaps and empowering students through technology-driven solutions.
