NEWS: UTCES Receives High Marks in Validation of School Practices
In a recent regional validation of Early Registration, School Readiness, and Child Protection Practices, Upper Tambler 1 Central Elementary School (UTCES) was rated as “very good” and “well-executed.”
The validation team, including Sir Nathaniel Bangoc II, Ma’am Grace Patrice Mondragon, and Sir Felix Billon, recognized the school’s exceptional efforts in promoting community involvement and delivering a comprehensive educational approach.
The validators commended the engagement of key stakeholders such as parents, the Sikad Association, the Barangay Local Government Unit of Fatima, the School Governing Council, the School Parents-Teachers Association (SPTA), and the canteen staff, highlighting this collaboration as a best practice.
In a statement, Principal Ma’am Nilda D. Frenila, Assistant Principal Ma’am Mary Joyce J. Cañete, and Guidance Advocate Ma’am Mimi Orellano expressed gratitude to the teachers, parents, and students for their support and commitment to these essential practices.

This recognition is a reflection of our collective efforts to create an environment where both learners and their families feel supported and involved in the educational process,” said Ma’am Frenila.
We will continue to strive for excellence in fostering a collaborative school community,” she added.
The positive feedback is expected to motivate all involved in UTCES to continue working together to provide the best learning experience for the learners, ensuring their readiness for the future and safeguarding their well-being.
