Paronelmo and supported by the Department of Agriculture (DA) Region 12, this project provides students with hands-on experience in hydroponic farming, preparing them for careers in modern agriculture.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Funding and Implementation <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project received a grant of \u20b1925,003.04 from DA Region 12, demonstrating the government&#8217;s commitment to agricultural education. After obtaining administrative approvals and completing inspections, construction began in November 2023, and the greenhouse became operational by March 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trial Phases <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Initial trials encountered challenges, including water contamination, but improvements were made by utilizing rainwater, which led to increased crop yields. By the third trial, the hydroponics system successfully produced high-quality crops.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational and Economic Impact <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The greenhouse now functions as an income-generating initiative, teaching students both technical and business skills in agriculture.
